Our Story
South Coast Demolition was founded to serve Orange County homeowners with a straightforward, process-driven demolition service. A typical homeowner has never torn down a pool or a garage before and has no desire to figure out the permit process, the engineered compaction rules, the equipment access logistics, or the debris hauling. Our job is to make that entire process disappear for the homeowner: we handle everything from the free site walk to the final compaction report, and leave the property clean and ready for whatever comes next.

Cory runs South Coast Demolition. He personally does the site evaluations, writes the quotes, and oversees every job. You will meet him on your free site walk. Every job is run the way a licensed Orange County contractor should run it: on schedule, fully permitted, and with the site left cleaner than we found it.
